You can now offer multiple subscription levels to your supporters that vary in content, price and features.
To add multiple Tiers you can log in to your Creator account and go to Settings > Services & Rates. From there click Create New Tier to create a new Subscription Tier and select what the Tier will offer. (View from Settings below).
All Subscription Tiers are billed on a monthly basis. Supporters can select from the following options after subscribing:
- Cancel their subscription, so it will not renew the following month
- Cancel their current subscription and sign up for a different Tier
- Upgrade to a higher priced subscription, and pay the difference in cost
If they upgrade mid-month they will be charged the difference for the higher-priced subscription and will receive the benefits of the higher Subscription Tier.
Each new Tier must have a name and description of what the Tier will offer. Make sure to be as detailed as you can in the description so that Supporters know what they will be getting.
You can offer to share your PRIVATE social media accounts with specific Tier levels. You can also elect to collect Email and Shipping addresses for Supporters who subscribe to a specific Tier.
We only recommend selecting these options if you plan to send Supporters merchandise and/or emails at this subscription level.
Your current content can be reassigned to new Tier levels under Manage Content. Going forward you can choose which Tier to assign to new content that you upload through your dashboard.
